The Johansen table is a stunning example of the combination of classic Danish manufacturing techniques and a creative young Danish designer, Mads Johansen.

Mads Johansen has an obsession with suspension bridges and as part of his final year apprenticeship, decided to bring this obsession into his project. The result is an incredibly elegant and handsome Johansen table. 'I fell in love with this table from the moment I saw it, I knew it was resolved and had to have it in our showrooms,' said Anton Assaad, director of Great Dane. The longer the Johansen table is made, the more elegant it looks.  

Snedkergaarden is a boutique Danish factory that makes to order. When you order a Johansen table from Great Dane, it is being produced just for you by one of three cabinet makers.
