J16 is a classic among the many rocking chairs which Hans J. Wegner designed over the years. Wegner stresses the importance of freedom of movement and ergonomics in his chair design – features particularly embodied by the rocking chair. To accompany the rocking chair, Wegner designed a footstool, a seat and back cushion as well as a neck support. Both the rocking chair and the footstool sport hand-woven seats in natural paper yarn.
Available in raw or lacquered oak and natural or black papercord. Also available in black finish.
